Muse Chocolat in Heppenheim

Absolutely awful! The rudest service there can be! Even if the place has great food ... don't be fooled! Don't let this cafe's arrogant narcissistic service ruin your day! and if you don't believe this review ... just check out the trip advisors reviews which say the exact same thing. High-nosed arrogant staff !!

Nice location with a nice ambience, unfortunately the service is not quite right. I had a muse breakfast and only wanted cheese, no sausage (usually both are included). For this I was charged € 1.10 extra without informing me about it in advance when ordering. Personally, I find 6 € for a green tea too expensive, so keep your eyes peeled when reading the map ...

Very good breakfast café with a good selection from savory to sweet. Many self-made products (especially the baked goods are great). Great ambience. Deductions for the staff: Unfortunately this rarely lives up to the self-imposed claim: inattentive, not very friendly, inflexible. The price / performance ratio is at the upper limit. Reservation is essential - things rarely happen spontaneously!

Once and never again! I was shocked at how rude you are treated. You come in and the first person to greet you is an apparently very overwhelmed young lady behind the counter. No smile, no friendly hello. Nobody responds to the call even though we tried several times. The excuse that followed was “she couldn't always answer”. Well after calling 5x it should be feasible. The only thing that speaks for this place is the very good food. Really great! But that was still not enough to enter this shop a second time.

A very nice and coherent concept. This is really a café for connoisseurs with an eye for detail and quality. You can tell the technical competence in the craft but also the service is calm and very friendly despite the full shop.

Very fine, stylish cafe with a very magical atmosphere and very appealing, slightly more upscale dishes and prices. For breakfast or a delicious coffee, cake and co. highly recommended, especially if you want something special. Unfortunately, due to the corona, we felt a bit uncomfortable on our last visit, as the small guest room we were sitting in was very full of people and it was difficult to keep your distance due to the narrow, winding rooms. Otherwise we were very satisfied and the service was very friendly.

Unqualified staff ("Don't have 4 hands!" O-ton of service.) Sugar spilled on the table was not removed, ordered cakes were not served. But the worst: the cash register is at the entrance / exit, which leads to unnecessary jostling between the guests. We felt uncomfortable despite the nice atmosphere.

Very appealing cafe with a wonderful ambience, it smells wonderfully of coffee and chocolate, here you can feel good and be pampered, a visit is worthwhile and will not be forgotten.

Very nice old half-timbered house. Very comfortably furnished. Delicious breakfast. Much like bread, butter, jam is homemade. Everything is arranged very nicely. The service was great and very friendly. The prices are a bit higher. Reservation is absolutely necessary.

It was a delicious and completely adequate breakfast in the cozy Muse Chocolat. Friendly staff cared for his guests, as it should be. Gladly again.

Friendly staff though it was busy as hell and the truffled scrambled eggs were gorgeous!!!

Fabulous building, food, staff and atmosphere

It lives up to its reputation. Very comfortably furnished and the cakes are really delicious. Of course, there is also good coffee. A visit there is more of an experience than just drinking coffee.

Incredibly beautifully decorated restaurant on several levels. There is a lot of love in the details here. We were there in the evening and had a wonderful menu with a great wine. According to a friend, the cakes are also awesome. So the next visit is in the afternoon. A reservation is probably essential for the evening. Generally it can be said that Heppenheim is incredibly cute.

Best place in town to just get a warm and fuzzy feeling while eating a fresh waffle or delicious cake. Breakfast, lunch and little delicacies to battle your hunger in the evening are available as well. But be aware that this is a temple of highest quality, not necessarily quantity. The prices are appropriate for what you get and how the great and friendly staff treats you. Highly recommend, surely one of the places you must visit, once in Heppenheim. It's very accommodating, so keep track of time, if you don't want to just fall off the map for hours.

Pretty, tasty, but wasps outside

A great place to visit if you prefer quality over quantity. Unfortunately their espresso wasn't on the level of their backed goods.

Food was amazing, best waffles I ever had. Not to expensive, nice atmosphere.
